Innovative Career Solutions for Occupational and Psychosocial Wellbeing
Who We Are
PathPilot is a student-centered initiative supporting K–12 and early-college students (ages 15+) in discovering their passions, building focus, and designing meaningful career and learning paths through coaching, mentorship, and technology. Our participants, called EdgeWise, explore innovative solutions, research ideas, and unique perspectives that prepare them for higher education, career growth, and personal development.
How We Work — One Stop for Career Innovation
Whether you’re figuring out “what’s next” after high school or exploring early college options, PathPilot makes the journey manageable and purposeful. Our flexible approach blends live coaching, assessment, and digital one stop platform (AI enabled or not) to create a personalized, visual roadmap students can update as they grow.

The 7 Steps of Career Innovation
1. Passion & Story
Start with your life narrative. Alchemy in you—identify turning points and the “one thing” that matters to you. You have 100% of a story that fuels everything you need to move. We articulate from there.
2. Traits & Personality
Learn your strengths with personality and trait assessments (MBTI-style insights). You want something that matches and fits your ideal and most wanted lifestyle. Your personality discovery matters a lot.
3. Product & Contribution
Define what you create, or what creations you participate in: services, experiences, or products you bring to the world.
4. Problem Analysis
Articulate your impact by identifying real problems you care about and applying critical thinking to develop or contribute to meaningful solutions—whether by proposing a new idea or enhancing an existing one.
5. Skills Audit
Identify your natural talents and learned skills. Aim for roles that truly reflect your abilities and passions—where you can feel confident, capable, and in your element.
6. Industry Fit
Match your profile to industries and roles where you’ll thrive. Don’t chase an industry just for the money—or settle for a flashy one that doesn’t value you. Find the balance between purpose, growth, and appreciation.
7. Education & Pathways
Plan your education, certifications, internships, or self-directed learning to move toward your goals. This can be a lifelong process, built through small, actionable steps and opportunities like work education benefits or extended learning pathways.
Who We Work With
Students
We support K–12 and early-college students (ages 15+) who are navigating their transition into professional and career pathways. Our one-on-one consultations are available in person across the Bay Area, California, and remotely throughout the United States—serving both students who have access to school-based career programs and those who do not. Students can now sign up for real-time support, with an integrated platform launching soon. Through this platform, students will engage in guided discussion topics with their counselors, helping them plan affordable education or career pathways tailored to their goals.
Educational Administrations, Career Development, and Workforce Departments
We partner with school districts, career centers, SEL coordinators, mental health initiatives, and nonprofits to strengthen student success systems. PathPilot provides licensing, onboarding, and analytics dashboards customized by district size and program needs. Our data-driven tools and connected consultant dashboards strengthen student engagement, collaboration, and openness during counseling sessions—helping districts build a more coordinated and effective support network that reduces dropouts, chronic absenteeism, and disengagement, while fostering a high-achievement mindset and a sense of purpose in learning.
